okay so I'm not that good with the whole digital thing yet - I probably spent more time on this than I should have, but I wanted to do the model and photographer ([link]) justice for agreeing to let me attempt to draw her - and besides I used only the pen & gradient tools of Adobe Illustrator (no drawing tablets).
I tried to stay true to the photograph ( [link]) since it was practically flawless. the only thing I changed a little were the eyes - I tried to give them more soul & vulnerability. please no not use this piece in any way - it would be a rip off of a great artists's (lara's) work. |
